The Músicas en el Mediterráneo International Festival is mainly held in Cartagena, where during July there are some classical music concerts, as well as in other cities in the south Mediterranean of the Region of  Murcia, such as San Pedro del Pinatar, San Javier, Los Alcázares, La Manga del Mar Menor and interior cities like La Unión, Lorca and Murcia.

Concerts are held in buildings of great architectonical and cultural interest.
