There are folk shows, parties, tastings, exhibitions and musical cafés led by the "Ciudad de Cartagena" folk group in La Palma, which aims at recovering the traditions and dances of the fields of Cartagena.

This group has its headquarters in the Folk House, a huge country house from 1900 that has been recently restored.
